We're Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT), and we're on the hunt for a superstar People Coordinator to lead and support our amazing Care Workers across the Central Coast.
The Role - Full-time role based in Tuggerah.
The Home Care People Coordinator is responsible for leading, managing, and ensuring compliance for all home care employees in the assigned regions.
This role supports the strategic growth and sustainability of home care services by implementing key targets and responsibilities, including expanding the home care business within the regions.
The position involves close collaboration with the Area Manager Home Care and Retirement Living or Regional Manager Home Care to provide leadership, vision, and management of home care employees across the Cental Coast.
The People Coordinator will contribute to the delivery of SCC's Strategic Plan and the integration of Aged Care Quality Standards.
Additionally, the role ensures adherence to SCC policies and procedures, relevant standards, legislation, and industry practices What's in It for You?
