About the Role Are you an experienced HR generalist who is passionate about improving HR processes and managing projects to drive operational efficiency and timely delivery?
Courts Group is seeking a dynamic and proactive People Services Project Advisor to coordinate projects from research to evaluation, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
This role focuses on improving HR processes through knowledge management, refining workflows, and ensuring clarity in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key responsibilities will include: Contributing to the full life cycle of projects to meet organisational objectives by:conducting research and analysis for specific aspects of projects; participate in project planning.managing small sub-projects or specific project tasks; ensure delivery within defined resources, timelines, and budgets.monitoring and enhancing project progress; contribute to evaluating project outcomes and reporting findings.Developing and maintaining knowledge management practices, including the creation and refinement of mapping process workflows to inform SOPs and ensure clarity and consistency in the application of processes.Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency, knowledge sharing, and a seamless customer experience.Maintaining accurate and complete records in line with legislative requirements and organisational policies and procedures.Collaborating with other teams across the People Services function to enhance the customer and employee experience.About You How to apply Apply Now if you are eager to contribute to a team that promotes wellbeing, efficiency, and a positive workplace culture.
