About the opportunity Embarking on an exciting transformative journey at Australia Post, we invite you to be part of our change and join a team who provide exceptional advice and coaching to our colleagues. The position will provide timely, reliable, and commercially focused advisory and coaching services, through building trusted relationships with key operational leaders.
We currently have a 12-month vacancy available until June 2025.
Our Melbourne Support Office is relocating to 480 Swan Street, Richmond from June 2024. The custom-built space and its new workstations, social spaces, technology, other inclusions and amenities gives us the opportunity to support your ever-evolving ways of working.

What you'll deliver with us Our position reports to the Manager of Advisory & Coaching and joins a close knit-team. You will be partnering with Senior P&C professionals and Business stakeholders to support the delivery of strategic programs, aligned to our transformative journey.
You'll also: Partner with People Leaders to provide expert People & Culture advice and coaching to enabling effective management of their teams and accountability for people issuesNavigate HR policies and Industrial Instruments to make informed decisionsThoroughly investigate cases to effectively diagnose the status and steps to resolution, or to enable efficient triageCoach and support other Advisory Centre team members About you You will be passionate about partnering with the business to ensure efficient and effective delivery of key business priorities. This opportunity will suit someone who is highly organised and has a high attention to detail when adhering to policies and procedures.
You'll also need: Previous experience within a P&C / Organisational Change role & HR AdvisoryExperience with large scale organisationsAbility to work at pace and manage competing and changing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to thrive in challenging situationsProven track record with stakeholder management and communicationUnderstanding of and ability to interpret relevant HR policy and Industrial InstrumentsTertiary qualification in HR, Law, Business, Commerce or related subject is preferred or equivalent experience How we'll deliver for you Be part of a culture where everybody feels they belong, are valued, and can bring their authentic self to work every dayWe deliver on our values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment and Safety every day.
