Collinswood locationPermanent, full-time roleBase salary $77K - $86K depending on experienceThe Role As a key member of the People Services and Support team, you will provide essential first-level HR advice and support, ensuring seamless management of HR policies, procedures, and systems. Reporting directly to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Draft, review, and manage contracts in line with ABC policies and legal requirements.Provide advice and support to internal teams on contract terms, conditions, and compliance.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and documentation.Assist supporting the business as the first point of contact for all People and Culture queries.This is a full-time permanent role working on site in the Collinswood office, Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team, contributing to the efficiency and success of our HR operations.
We're looking for someone with a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have a keen eye for detail, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. You'll also have:
