People Services Coordinator $80,000 Inclusive of Superannuation
Join Our People & Service Team at Ventia! Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic, supportive team? We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our People & Service team and provide essential end-to-end support across the entire employee lifecycle. In this key role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth operations, from onboarding new hires to supporting internal movements and managing employee documentation—all while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing: Coordinating pre-employment checks, including medical and police bookingsDrafting employment contracts and change of conditions lettersMaintaining and updating employee files and recordsEnsuring compliance with right-to-work documentationAssisting with employee relocations and supporting general people projectsContributing to reporting and overall team support across the organisationAbout You: A relevant degree in HR or related field, or equivalent hands-on experienceExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalA customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent serviceAbility to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressureStrong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environmentAbout Ventia
