About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

About the Role Are you an experienced HR generalist who is passionate about improving processes and ensuring compliance to enhance the employee experience?
Courts Group is seeking a dynamic and proactive People Services Advisor to provide accurate advice and guidance in a supportive, customer-focused environment.
This role is critical in ensuring the effective delivery of HR services that support the organisation's goals.
Key responsibilities will include: Enhancing the customer experience through the provision of timely and fit-for-purpose advice and managing cases through the ticketing system.Interpreting and applying the Victorian Public Service Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (VPS EBA), HR policies, and delegations to ensure accurate and consistent advice is provided for more complex inquiries.Proactively identifying and suggesting improvements to HR processes, enhancing operational efficiency and the overall customer experience.Maintaining accurate and complete records in line with legislative requirements and organisational policies and procedures.Collaborating with other teams across the People Services function to enhance the customer and employee experience.About You Proven experience in a HR generalist role, with a strong track record of applying a customer service approach in a fast-paced environment.The ability to multitask effectively while managing a high volume of work.Proven track record of proactively building relationships at all levels to enable effective HR advisory and operational support.Experience with HR/Payroll systems (Chris21) and telephony systems (Touchpoint) and a solid understanding of the VPS EBA and related policies and procedures would be advantageous.Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or underway) or an equivalent tertiary qualification (desirable).How to apply Apply Now if you are eager to contribute to a team that promotes wellbeing, efficiency, and a positive workplace culture.
