About the role We are currently seeking an experienced People Service Coordinator (L&D programme) on a 6-month contract. As a People Services Coordinator directly supporting the L&D team, you will provide end-to-end training coordination and administrative support for all L&D programmes, early talent programmes, and other L&D initiatives to ensure operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities General Administration (across all 13 L&D initiatives and programmes) Maintain the L&D calendar Training event coordination including but not limited to room booking, venue hire, issuing of training attendee invitations and monitoring, room set up (if required), administration of training materials and invoicing and costings tasks relating to training costs including non-attendance cancellation fees. On-site event support may be required for local L&D programmes. SuccessFactors Learning records management for L&D programmes. Manage centralised L&D Inbox. Vendor setups, purchase order management for L&D training invoices. Collate monthly L&D training reports and monthly reporting. Update trackers (vendor, coaching, 360s etc.) Act as a first-level point of contact for training service delivery, including supporting participants, course stakeholders, and trainers/facilitators by providing effective communication, coordination, and timely execution of agreed processes.
About you 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction OR Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is desired, but not necessary Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft suite.
