As the People, Safety and Culture (PSC) Associate, you will provide advice and support on all people related matters. Working alongside our PSC Partners, the role provides an excellent hands-on opportunity to make a difference and gain immediate exposure to all workplace relations and people matters.
The PSC Associate will apply specialist knowledge of legislative and policy frameworks to support business objectives, drive culture, build capability and engagement.
The role also contributes to talent management, organisational development and people systems, including reporting and analytics.
Employment opportunity: Full Time Fixed Term Contract to 27 September 2024 (parental leave backfill)
Salary: $83,518 to $91,435 p.a. plus Superannuation
Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.
