People Relations Manager - 12 month contractFull-timeAs People Relations Manager you have complete responsibility and accountability for the People Relations area for AUNZ. This includes implementation of global deliveries and processes, policies, and guidelines. Securing that local laws, practices and needs are captured and catered for. You will also facilitate alignment between global and local needs to achieve a common approach and delivery where needed.Key responsibilities:Set, implement, and govern the Market People Relations strategy and coach Leaders in strategic- and operational questions.Evaluate and analyse data and metrics to ensure the impact of the People Relations strategy and priorities.Provide support, guidance, and leadership to Local Specialists in the People Relations team.Responsible for labour law, industrial & labour relations including legal advice connected to e.g., new markets, business models and strategies.Interpret and draft various employment agreements and templates.Conduct and support with arbitration process and disputes.Act as strategic and operational support for different stakeholders at market level.To be successful in the People Relations Manager role, you will be a leader experienced in driving transformation/ setting and implementing strategies with an analytical and conceptual approach to projects. You will be resilient, decisive and action orientated. In addition you are a positive and inspiring communicator able to coach and develop leaders in their People Relations knowledge and expertise.What you need to succeed:You know how to develop cross functional collaborations on site as well as remotely.Understanding of how to empower and develop yourself as well as people and organization.Strong communicator, with persuasive and assertive skills.You have a great passion for people and the business around them.Good business understanding and ability to translate business context into needed actions from people relations perspective.Demonstrable experience in the People Relations field.This is a full time, 1 year contract starting from December 2024 - January 2025 based in our Sydney Support Office.
