We're looking for a talented and innovative People Project Officer to join our dynamic People Capability and Culture (P&C) team.
This is your opportunity to play a key role in driving cutting-edge HR projects, improving HR systems, and contributing to the overall success of our people strategy.
As a People Project Officer, you will be at the forefront of managing high-impact projects, optimising HR systems, and collaborating across teams to drive operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from overseeing system improvements to providing essential technical support, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with strategic goals.
In this exciting role, you will: Oversee the execution of key projects, focusing on improving HR systems.Collaborate closely to plan project timelines and priorities in alignment with the organisation's strategic goals.Provide essential technical support to end users, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve challenges quickly and effectively to minimise disruption and enhance user satisfaction.Oversee case management process and work alongside consultant to identify issues.Ensure smooth execution of HR projects and initiatives.Conduct research and analysis to address project issues and contribute to project briefs.ABOUT YOUWhat We're Looking For: HR Project Experience: Proven experience in managing HR-related projects, ideally within the area of HRIS or system improvements, with a focus on optimising processes and enhancing the employee experience.Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong troubleshooting ability with a keen eye for identifying system issues and proposing solutions.
A solid understanding of HRIS systems is highly desirable.Project Management Expertise: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.Collaboration & Communication: A team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and departments.
