Farrar Gesini Dunn is a paperless and activity-based law and business advisory firm. We have a team of amazing lawyers and accountants doing high quality and creative legal work in and out of the Court room. As a People Person you'll be supporting the General Manager in all things people. You'll be supporting the full employment lifecycle starting at recruitment and onboarding to exit. This will include supporting employee engagement, policy review, maintaining accurate and timely records and identifying and implementing initiatives and improvements.
How do I know I'm the right person?
You're curious and not afraid to try new things. You've got a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to step in and help the entire team. We're looking for someone with exposure working in professional services in an Administration or People & Culture role. The successful person will bring being a people person to the People Person role! This role offers opportunity to grow and develop your existing skills.
