Reporting to the Head of People and Performance, you will address challenges faced by employees and identify opportunities for organisational improvement, whilst also providing advice on complex employee and industrial relations matters. You will lead and support change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, employee engagement, and successful implementation.This role will require occasional travel.The CandidateWe're looking for an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated experience in building strong trust-based relationships with leaders and supporting them on complex matters.
