THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an exceptional People & Performance Business Partner to help support our business and high performing teams. Reporting to the State Manager, and based at our Ormeau operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at Stratco and delivering high-value, consistent and reliable HR solutions.
Your role will involve working closely with various teams across QLD and the broader national group to understand their needs, conduct recruitment at all levels, provide guidance on HR matters, and facilitate initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and overall satisfaction. You will also play an important role in driving HR best practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, your position will entail:
Collaboration with various stakeholders to provide a consistent recruitment process across all business divisions. Work closely with the QLD leadership team to increase engagement and drive positive outcomes for our employees. Play a key role in ensuring that new team members have a positive and structured onboarding experience. Support a range of HR related projects, driving their execution from conception to completion, providing HR support at all levels. ABOUT YOU Highly developed communication & interpersonal skills Relevant HR qualifications are essential Previous experience in a HR BP capacity supporting a large organisation Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes. Experience supporting performance management processes. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
