About the role:As the first point of contact for the PPC Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience by providing exceptional support, information, and resources. You will also be responsible for efficient administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies, and continuously improving our people services processes. Role & Responsibilities:Administrative SupportRespond promptly and professionally to general employee inquiries via the PPC inbox.Prepare employment letters for existing team members, including contract variations, new contracts, flexible working confirmation letters, parental leave letters, and other employment letters as needed.Ensure ongoing compliance with terms and conditions of employment and relevant legislation.Coordinate the offboarding process, including completing all offboarding tasks and exit interviews.Maintain accurate internal records, employee files, organizational charts, and a document management system.HR OperationsCoordinate the exit survey/interview process, including encouraging high participation rates, conducting exit interviews where required, and creating a monthly exit report.Maintain public PPC folders and dashboards, ensuring the information being shared is up to date, accurate, and relevant.Ensure the confidentiality of all employee personal information is protected and the DBG Health Privacy Policy is adhered to at all times.Develop, review, and update PPC policies, forms, documents, and templates to ensure they support our people plans and create a positive employee experience.Maintain the DBG Health HR Information System (People Hub, powered by ELMO), ensuring master lists and workforce data remain up to date and current.Employee ExperienceCoordinate reward and recognition activities, encouraging engagement with informal and formal recognition programs, preparing certificates and rewards for eligible employees, and developing internal reward and recognition communications.Maintain the DBG employee benefits program register, ensuring benefits are delivered as agreed, queries from team members are responded to promptly, and annual reviews are conducted to ensure continuous improvement of the program.Support with the preparation, set up, and pack down of DBG events.Facilitate internal communications for DBG Health, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.Identify opportunities to improve and streamline internal processes to ensure the effectiveness of the PPC team.Skills & Experience:People, Performance and Culture advisory experience including the provision of advice and support in areas such as industrial and employee relations, performance management, health, safety and wellbeing, people/capability development, remuneration and benefits, internal communications and organisational development.High levels of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships and communicate with employees at all levels from varying backgrounds.Proactive, professional and customer-focused approach to all aspects of the role.Excellent written/oral communication skills.Project/change management and solution-based approaches.Understanding of current people and culture practices and trends.Ability to drive initiatives and critically analyse situations and projects to ensure positive outcomes.Data analytical skills and strong business acumen.Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team.Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar (preferred).Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
