Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, you will provide consistent advice and support to managers and employees regarding all people related matters.Your role will offer guidance on case management of matters regarding workforce procedures such as grievances, misconduct and performance improvement and assist your peers and key stakeholders in change management initiatives. With a high degree of attention to detail, you will interpret and advise on policy directives, Enterprise Agreements and relevant legalisation.
