About the role: As a People Partner at Tyro you will provide support to all employees across our Growth, Risk and Finance portfolios.
You'll partner with employees and People Leaders to build a high performance culture, with a focus on cyclical people practices and change.
What you'll do: Partner as the main point of contact for people delivery and advice for our Growth, Risk and Finance portfolios.
Support the Senior People Partner in developing and delivering people strategy & plans for all portfolios.
Co-deliver cyclical people practices (Performance, Talent, Succession, Remuneration and Reward, Engagement) across Growth, Risk and Finance.
Lead employee relations activities (including formal performance management, Workers Compensation).
Coach People Leaders and facilitation of sessions including training, team effectiveness and 360 feedback.
Workforce Management (support people reporting & insights) ? What you'll bring: Demonstrated impact as People Partner in: Accelerating the business – mobilising data and insights, influencing and building capability in stakeholders, managing change.
Delivery of people strategy – delivering cyclical people practices, supporting the resolution of employment relations cases, facilitation and leading people projects.
Fostering collaboration - collaborating across teams to design and deliver, growth mindset.
Simplify complexity – integrating work into the broader People, Communications and Sustainability roadmap, presenting complex concepts simply, critical thinking.
