We're seeking a People Partner to help drive the change, and design and deliver tailored people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and cultural transformation across our teams.The RoleAs a People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people initiatives with business goals and creating meaningful impact.
From workforce planning to organisational change, you'll help shape the culture, capabilities, and employee experience within your business units while contributing to enterprise-wide programs.What You'll DoCollaborate with business unit leaders to design customised people plans that address strategic and operational needs.Deliver enterprise-wide HR initiatives, including leadership development, diversity and inclusion programs, and engagement surveys.Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational change initiatives.Champion employee well-being and drive continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience.Monitor HR risks, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.What You'll BringA strong background in HR business partnering or people strategy roles, ideally within financial services.Expertise in delivering people programs, organisational design, and employee impact assessments.Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulatory requirements.Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Strong analytical skills to leverage HR data for decision-making and business outcomes.Why MUFG Retirement Solutions?Join a global organisation committed to building a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and excellence.
