The Opportunity
We are proud to be partnering with this large, Australian financial services organisation with a unified health services brand who are committed to transforming the way they work to better both employee and customer experience. 

The Role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture Business Partnering, the People Partner works with leaders as a trusted advisor and coach, partnering with leaders to solve problems and find opportunities to improve patient and client outcomes through enhanced employee experience.

The workforce is large and fully remote, consisting of leaders, clinical support, and customer service specialists. Many employees are new, so there will be a focus on effective change management and setting the team up for success.

In conjunction with running cyclical HR processes, you will be responsible for actively coaching to improve leadership capability in order to create environments where people can thrive and do their best work. You will also support leaders in navigating complex operational matters, and by providing data driven insights to support decision making.

NB: You do not necessarily need to be based in Melbourne, interstate candidates welcome to apply.
 
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a degree qualified, seasoned People & Culture Business Partner with:
Demonstrated experience in a high volume, fast-paced call/contact centre environment Strength in employee relations, including case management, complex performance conversations, and working with Awards and Enterprise Agreements, is essential Experience in coaching senior stakeholders on people related issues and leadership development Strong relationship management, problem solving and influencing skills The ability to analyse and leverage data to inform and drive change A genuine motivation to deliver employee and customer value Commercial acumen, with an understanding of drivers and a curious mindset Change management experience This is a unique opportunity to ultimately play a key role in helping the organisation deliver on its mission.
