As a People Partner you will do just that by coaching managers to get the best from their teams and being a key contributor in shaping and maintaining Intrepid's positive and engaging culture. This is a true generalist role where you'll get to touch all facets of HR including performance cycles, remuneration reviews, succession planning, learning and development, plus so much more.
This is a full-time, permanent position that operates on a hybrid basis out of our Collins Street office in Melbourne, you'll get to work closely with the ANZ and Global People Team.
