As the People Operations Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to our diverse blue and white-collar workforce at the Fulfilment Centre in Altona North (VIC 3025).
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can tackle the daily challenges of a busy Fulfilment Centre.

Your Role: Provide hands-on HR support to both blue-collar and white-collar staff. Develop HR policies to ensure compliance with laws and best practices. Manage high-volume recruitment and onboarding for casual staff. Address employee relations issues and support performance improvement. Ensure HR activities align with legal requirements and internal standards. Lead People & Culture initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in a fast-paced, blue-collar or operational environment. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field. Strong understanding of Australian labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google suite use (sheets, docs, slides, etc.
) Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a high level of attention to detail. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic workplace.
