Job Description The key responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Manage recruitment processes, including coordinating job descriptions and arranging interviews.Monitor HR metrics to track performance.Provide initial guidance on HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with employment regulations and laws.Coordinate with management on strategic planning.Manage the HR inbox.Update employee records as required.The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will have:
