Lead impactful people initiatives within Suncorp's Consumer Claims team | Drive workforce planning, engagement, and wellbeing As a People Manager within Suncorp's People, Legal & Corporate Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting Consumer Claims by developing and executing focused people strategies. You'll be a trusted advisor, collaborating with leadership to forecast workforce needs, address escalated employee matters, and lead engagement and wellbeing initiatives. If you have a strong background in HR and a passion for fostering an engaged, resilient workforce, this role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
