The Company operates in the Banking & Finance Industry. We believe this role will appeal to someone with a unique combination of skills developed over a solid career in business.
You will need experience in supporting staff selection, recommending the most effective training programs, and advising Senior Management on positive performance management strategies (more focused on coaching for success than managing people out).
Strong administrative skills and the ability to support Senior Managers in people management are essential.
We are looking for a natural connector who can inspire trust, not the typical HR person that everyone avoids (no offence intended).
You will have your ear to the ground, keeping tabs on team morale, ensuring inclusivity, and fostering an environment that aligns with the Company's values.
Most of all you will be someone that not only works hard, but someone who is sociable and likes to have fun.
This role is for someone who can collaborate with the Chief of Staff to help implement new processes and systems, gathering insights and ideas from colleagues to shape and refine these initiatives.
