The Opportunity MinRes seeks a dynamic and experienced People Logistics Officer who embodies a positive, can-do attitude to join our high-performing Travel team on an 8x6 roster based in Osborne Park. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees' seamless and stress-free travel to and from the site.
Currently, the team supports 6 aerodromes and mobilises our employees across 17 camp locations; attention to detail and great customer service is vital. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide support across 5 travel inboxes with the team processing up to 16,000 SAM workflow requests a month. Assist in booking commercial & international travel via FCM Savi Online Booking Tool. Provide shutdown bookings support in line with the business shutdown schedule. Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Your Experience & Skills Experience working within a high-functioning team in a similar environment. Proficient in utilising Microsoft Office Suite, SAM Workflow, and FCM booking systems. Excellent customer service skills to assist with sensitive and confidential matters. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
