What you'll do:Contribute to, and often lead, people programs within the People Operations team including engagement surveys, training and feedback programs.Own the onboarding and offboarding experience on behalf of the People Operations team to ensure we are delivering a consistent experience across critical employee touch points and meeting all compliance reporting requirements.Partner with People Partners to work directly with functional teams on their people needs.Act as a culture champion by participating in, and running, various employee celebrations, internal rituals and employer branding activity.Assist with bringing to life various moments that matter throughout the annual people calendar including job changes and parental leave.Act as a superuser of various HR tools, systems and resources to ensure valuable ROI for Airtasker with these partners.Deliver functional reporting that drives meaningful action for leaders, Finance and the People Operations team.Collaborate with our global locations to ensure consistency across the people experience for all Airtasker teams.What it takes to be successful in this role:2-3 years' experience within HR or People & Culture functions.Sound understanding of HR policies and general employment practices.Passion for emerging work trends including flexible work, employer branding and inclusivity at work.Strong project management expertise.Structured organisation and multitasking skills.Ability to prioritise work to meet business requirements.Excellent team collaboration skills.Strong excel and numeracy skills with flawless attention to detail.Unwavering integrity and confidentiality to handle confidential information with discretion.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Adaptability to changing priorities.Strong initiative to act proactively and independently.Passion for the employee experience.High degree of empathy, creating a feeling of safety where stakeholders can be open with data, feelings, feedback, and expectations.Our People Experience:Our people team at Airtasker are dedicated to designing an industry leading people experience.
