A day in the life: Champion Local Processes: Ensure our onboarding and exit processes are seamless and impeccable, showcasing our commitment to quality and integrity.Data Wizardry: Dive into employee engagement data, ensuring it's accurate and leveraging it to drive impactful HR initiatives in Performance Management, Talent and Reward, and Employee Engagement.Mentor Extraordinaire: Guide and coach our leaders and managers in the art of performance management, employee engagement, and people management. Deliver training that inspires and empowers.Policy Maestro: Adapt global policies to suit our local landscape while deploying country-specific policies with finesse.Project Dynamo: Partner with HRBPs to spearhead change projects, ensuring they meet their objectives and enhance key people-related processes.Reward Cycle Champion: Collaborate with the business and People Services to implement Compensation and Benefit actions that align with our strategic goals, especially for senior roles, and support the Annual Reward Cycle.Your areas of knowledge and expertise: Proven HR support experience/HR Initiatives or projectsStellar customer service and problem-solving abilitiesTalent for identifying and driving process improvementsExpertise in managing escalated HR casesSharp analytical skills to interpret and leverage employee engagement dataGood level of interpersonal skills - confident in presentingStrong experience in HR systems, Excel, and PowerPointDiversity & Inclusion: At Haleon, we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.
