Position Overview:
In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to enable a positive culture through identifying and embedding values, behaviours, and initiatives that will underpin employee engagement and retention. You will provide strategic and operational guidance to improve the overall employee experience, including leveraging insights from engagement surveys to drive impactful initiatives.
You'll lead efforts in diversity and inclusion, manage our Reconciliation Action Plan, and ensure our reward and recognition strategies align with business outcomes. By collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you'll create tailored solutions that foster a high-performing organisation and cultivate an inclusive culture where employees feel valued and empowered.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in leading a team to enhance the employee experience through People Strategy-aligned programs across the employee lifecycle, including attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and retention. This includes overseeing diversity and inclusion initiatives and managing reward and recognition programs. Strong skills in building strategic relationships with stakeholders are essential, along with providing expert advice on Employee Experience initiatives while applying a continuous improvement approach to policies and processes.
You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, complemented by proven project experience in enhancing employee experience.
