The People Experience Manager is responsible for fostering a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee satisfaction, development and retention. They are paramount to the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance our Together Stronger culture, promote employee engagement and uphold a positive employee experience.

Key Accountabilities: Partner with key stakeholders within our unique business areas to understand our organisational culture and uncover opportunities to enhance and strengthen our organisational design strategy. Design, develop and implement key initiatives that enhance our people experience and broader strategy. Play a key role in the assessment and enhancement of our organisational codes, policies and programs such as our code of conduct, employee onboarding, employee feedback, and behaviour policies. Lead and participate in projects that support business requirements and promote a high-performance culture. Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies aimed at keeping our employees well informed and engaged. Gather employee data and present findings/recommendations to key stakeholders on critical areas or future initiatives. Are you the one? Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering organisational change initiatives or strategies in a large and complex operational environment. Tertiary level or equivalent qualification in the field of Human Resources, Organisational Development, Employee Experience or similar. Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and influencing skills at all business levels. Ability to gather and analyse employee data from various sources. Investigative mindset and ability to work autonomously as well as within a dedicated team. Familiarity with diversity, equity and inclusion best practices.
