People Experience Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a People Experience Lead to drive meaningful improvements in employee engagement, inclusion, and development.
In this role, you will:

Strengthen our culture by bringing our values to life and embedding in our people processes.
Foster a strong feedback culture, managing engagement surveys, reporting, and action plans to enhance employee engagement.
Lead the design and delivery of programs that support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with wellbeing and equality standards.
Provide leadership in the end-to-end annual performance cycle for employees, and support performance improvement initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
Create impactful learning experiences and deploy psychometric/diagnostic tools to support leadership and organisational growth.
Partner with the HR Business Partner team and support leaders on organisational development interventions to build alignment and capability.
Lead initiatives that strengthen our employee value proposition and employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
About You
We are seeking an experienced professional who is passionate about enhancing employee experience and driving organisational development.
You will have a proven track record in designing impactful solutions, exceptional communication skills to influence senior leaders, and strong organisational abilities to manage diverse programs effectively.
Most importantly, you're a team player.
With significant experience in People & Culture or a Centre of Excellence, you'll ideally hold qualifications in Organisational Development, Psychology, or HR Management.
Experience in the oil and gas industry is desirable but not essential.
