We're looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive People Experience Coordinator (PXC) to join our team and help us deliver exceptional support to our retail and head office teams across Australia and globally.
As a key part of the People Experience team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
You'll provide recruitment support, manage engagement initiatives and more, ensuring that all employees at Seafolly have the best possible experience from the day they first apply.

The role: Employee Lifecycle Administration - Coordinating all onboarding activities including issuing contracts, running inductions, checking right to work documentation, and ordering new starter equipment.
Supporting with the administration of all employee movements (promotions, exits), recognition programs and employee engagement initiatives.
Recruitment Support - Leading recruitment for retail and junior head office roles, including posting ads, screening, coordinating interviews and collating and sharing feedback.
Managing job advertisements, application processes and reference checks for the wider business.
Data & Reporting - Ensuring all HR data is kept up to date and accurate across systems and trackers, conducting regular audits and supporting remuneration reviews and WGEA reporting.
Maintaining organisation charts and assisting with internal communications from HR.
Compliance & Safety - Ensuring compliance with the Retail Award, administering Workers' Compensation policies and assisting with WH&S compliance.
