About the role The People & Diversity Business Partner serves as a consultant and strategic partner to both employees and management, ensuring that HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
Reporting to the People & Diversity Lead, you will collaborate with various departments to provide guidance and support in all areas of HR, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organisational development.
Key responsibilities: Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance, counselling, and conflict resolutions to support employees and managers.Traineeships: Mentor trainees, providing support and career advice, answering questions, and offering guidance on how to succeed within the company.
This mentorship helps foster a positive, supportive experience for our trainees.Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to enhance employee engagement and productivity.Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the development and administration of compensation and benefits program to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.HR Policy and Compliance: Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Organisational Development: Facilitate organisational change initiatives, such as restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions, to support business growth and development.HR Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyse HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and provide insight to support decision-making.We're excited to learn more about how you can contribute to our team.

This is a permanent role based at our Head Office in Canning Vale.
Full time or part time options will be considered.
