They have achieved this through the attraction and retention of high quality talent and are now seeking to appoint a People & Development Coordinator to their P&D team on a 12 month parental leave contract .
About the Role...
Reporting to the Senior People & Development Business Partner and as an integral member of a supportive and collegiate P&C Team, you will be the first point of contact for your designated client groups for any queries relating to the employee life cycle.
Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):- Providing guidance and recommendations on all people related matters based on best practice; Providing advice, coaching, feedback and support to Partners, Managers and employees; Interpreting and providing advice regarding internal policies and modern awards; Working with the Talent Acquisition Partner to manage recruitment for your client groups; Developing and implementing improvements and enhancements in the employee lifecycle operations and processes; Leading and/or contributing to the development and implementation of P&D initiatives and projects; Monitoring and reviewing P&D policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation; Preparing reports and presentations as required; and Providing backup support to P&D team members as required.

Previous P&D generalist and coordination experience essential , ideally in a professional services firm and/or corporate environment Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels Ability to manage a varied and complex workload in a timely manner Excellent time management and organisational skills High degree of confidentiality Strong focus and commitment to continuous improvement Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong focus and commitment to continuous improvement Ability to work independently in a team based environment High level of enthusiasm and a positive approach to drive service outcomes Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business highly regarded.
