With the backing of our parent company Telstra, we're all about combining technology and innovation to deliver significant, scalable solutions for improving patient and clinician experiences and health outcomes.The roleThis newly created People and Culture Shared Services Manager is responsible for the shared services function, executive assessment team, risk and governance, HSW, HRIS implementation and updates and providing data and analytical insights into the People & Culture Partner team more broadly and to the People & Culture Executive.Key responsibilities:Lead and manage People Operations team globally, ensuring operational performance is managed and a continuous improvement lens is in placeEnable the People and Culture partners to be strategic based on providing operational support to the teamEnsure streamlined processes and partnership with the People & Culture PartnersUse global team to support transactional activities for People & Culture PartnersFoster a culture of ownership within the broader team by driving improvements across the teamUse data metrics to drive performance and understand trends or other issues that can be modified to benefit the organisationWork across corporate and shared services data and reporting teamProvide regular board reporting with relevant people analyticsLead HSW for the organisation however partnership with People and Culture Partner for individual RTWEnsure HRIS implementation is on targetLead the HRIS administrator to undertake relevant updates for organisationAnalyse performance reporting and engagement data to identify and improve process improvementsCollaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure exceptional customer satisfactionEnsure risk metrics are monitoredEnsure data integrity and governance for people dataAbout youDemonstrable experience in a leadership role managing a diverse group of employees globallyExperience in data, analytics and providing insights at the very senior levels of the organisationDemonstrated ability to credibly engage with a wide variety of stakeholders and work within a complex, matrixed environment to maximise best practice sharing, optimise processes and influence changeCapability to lead a team towards enabling continuous improvementUndergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or similarHealthcare experience or similar industry is desirableWhy work for Telstra Health?We believe that flexibility is not a 'perk', it's how we have always worked!
