Salary: $150,000 plus super, plus Bonus
Our client, a leading organization in the FMCG/Manufacturing space, is seeking a highly skilled People and Culture (P&C) Operations Business Partner to join their team.

About the Role: As the P&C Operations Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic and operational partner to our client's operations leaders.
You will provide guidance, coaching, and innovative solutions to HR challenges while ensuring alignment with the company's values and business objectives.
This role requires travel between sites in NSW and QLD and offers the chance to make a significant impact on organisational performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Employee Life Cycle Management:Participate in interviews and provide input on candidate selection.Facilitate positive onboarding experiences, ensuring managers are prepared for new starters.Manage probation periods, ensuring quality conversations and support for positive outcomes.Handle employee changes, such as promotions and pay adjustments, and manage parental leave cases.Conduct exit interviews and follow up where necessary.Employment Relations:Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.Offer expert advice on Award and Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) interpretation.Coach managers in effectively handling employee relations issues.Partner with leaders to implement people strategies aligned with operational needs.Lead union relationship management and EBA negotiations.Provide strategic advice on complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution.Talent and Performance Management:Support the Learning & Development Lead in championing training initiatives.Educate and coach managers on performance management, including goal setting and reviews.Guide workforce planning and ensure effective implementation of HR processes, including succession planning and disciplinary matters.Business Partnering:Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives and proactively identify HR solutions.Provide professional and operational HR advice on policy interpretation and employment legislation.Support change management efforts and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.Promote a coaching culture that empowers managers in people management responsibilities.Health & Safety:Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to WH&S standards and promoting best practices.Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and incidents promptly.Qualifications and Skills: Essential:Minimum 8 years' experience in a P&C role, preferably within an industrial setting.Strong knowledge of HR functions, employment legislation, and best practices.Proficiency in HR systems (HRM, Applicant Tracking, Learning Management) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong experience in Award and EBA interpretation and union negotiations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.Desirable:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources or a related field.Proven skills in team building and leadership development.Why This Opportunity?
