About the Role DDH1 Drilling is seeking a People & Culture Officer to support our HR team.
As the People & Culture Officer, you will be responsible for administrative functions within our HR team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage People & Culture related inboxes and provide assistance to employees on general HR enquiriesWork closely with the Perenti HR Services Team and Payroll to maintain accurate people-related data within P&C-related systems.Support with P&C Superintendent to implement People & Culture initiatives.Managing end-to-end employment administration, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all timesEnsuring maintenance of employee recordsEnsure all employee lifecycle activities are compliant with relevant Acts, policies and legal requirementsProvide assistance to internal stakeholders and act as a point of contact for HR administration-related queries.Preparing and compiling monthly reportsProvide support to Recruitment and Training as and when requiredOther ad hoc HR duties as requiredTo be successful in this role, you will need:
High-quality communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude that builds relationships with ease.Previous experience in HR administration and coordination in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience working with Success Factor would be advantageousHigh level of initiative and a proactive approach to the roleDemonstrated organisational and administrative skills, including working independently, frequently under limited supervision.Work under pressure and multi-task to meet strict deadlines.Knowledge of current employment legislationTertiary qualifications in HR will be advantageousExcellent communication skills and ability to respond aptly to sensitive situationsStrong planning, time management and organisation skillsStrong MS Office experience with at least intermediate reporting skillsWhat's in it for you?
