THE ROLE Assist the Hotel General Manager to manage and control all Recruitment, Personnel, Training and Development activities within company guidelines and policies.
In addition, you will lead and drive a positive environment for the team and support line managers in performance management when required.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and has a willingness to get involved wherever it is needed with a can-do attitude.
