The Company: We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused People & Culture Manager to look after West Australian branches and bring fresh ideas to the team.
In this role, you will be a champion for our people's culture, driving strategic performance and developing initiatives to ensure we retain, motivate, and attract top talent.
The Role: 1.
Visit branches and engage with employees across multiple sites in Perth and Western Australia.
2.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organisation's overall business strategy.
3.
Manage employee relations and industrial relations issues including major escalations, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
4.
Coach, influence and empower District, Regional and Senior Leadership teams to achieve People & Culture goals within their areas.
5.
Ensure compliance with labour regulations and uphold the company's standards and values.
6.
Create effective onboarding programs for new hires and succession plans for key job roles.
7.
Oversee HR operational duties such as payroll, benefits, and HR policy implementations.
8.
Build strong relationships with management and provide them with the necessary tools and training to handle their teams effectively.

Your Profile: - Previous experience as a People & Culture manager with exposure to the retail sector is desired - Energetic and vivacious approach - Extensive experience in safety and ER/IR escalations - Strong organisational and time-management skills.
