Your new role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Executive team, you will develop and direct the P&C agenda that is closely aligned with the overall business strategy.
You will lead your team to support the organisation in all aspects of the employment lifecycle: onboarding and recruitment, payroll, performance management and industrial relations, as well as workforce development; ensuring compliance with relevant Acts and Ministerial Legislations at all times.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced P&C professional with exposure to managing at all levels of an organisation.
You will be excited and passionate about ensuring that the P&C function is commercial and credible to meet the future needs of the business.
You will enjoy being hands-on, providing operational and strategic advice, with strong stakeholder management capability with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
What you'll get in return
This role offers you an attractive annual salary of up to $160,000 plus super, full-time hours and an ongoing permanent placement.
