We are seeking an experienced and inspiring People & Culture Manager to join their leadership team and drive a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance.
About the RoleReporting directly to the CEO, the People & Culture Manager will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the club's people strategy.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position that blends strategic oversight with operational execution to ensure the Club attracts, develops, and retains a talented and engaged team.

Your responsibilities will include: Providing expert advice across all areas of HR, including employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management.Overseeing recruitment and selection, including onboarding and training programs.Leading initiatives in occupational health, safety, and wellbeing.Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and systems to support HR functions.Driving a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and alignment with the Club's strategic objectives.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a confident HR professional with a proven track record in managing diverse teams within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Qualifications & Experience: A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management and at least five years' experience in HR leadership roles.Strategic & Operational Expertise: A balance of big-picture thinking and attention to detail, ensuring all HR initiatives are aligned with organisational goals.Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and foster a positive work culture.Leadership Capability: A proactive, solutions-focused approach to managing challenges and delivering measurable outcomes.Business Acumen: An understanding of organisational challenges and the ability to navigate them effectively.Additional qualifications such as a Working with Children Check and Responsible Service of Alcohol certification will be highly regarded.
