About your new role:
As the People & Culture Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of People & Culture and the duties will include but won't be limited to:

Work closely with the leaders on key initiatives, policies, and programsConducting investigations as requiredSupporting leaders with the engagement of employees and identifying people issues prior to them happeningTraining, supporting, and guiding leaders on all people mattersSupport and assist with the development and review of People & Culture policies and processesLiaise with the relevant Unions as requiredManagement of a People & Culture Advisor
About you:
