We have a new & rare opportunity for a P&C Manager to join our expanding and ambitious Company, where no two days are the same!
As P&C Manager, you will be responsible for managing the transactional P&C function to ensure high level and efficient delivery of P&C services across NAR and our associated entities – from established businesses to startup businesses.
You will oversee and develop a small high performing team to deliver P&C activities across the entire employee life-cycle in a fast paced and high volume environment.
Reporting to the P&C Director, this is a truly generalist role where the work is varied and provides the breadth of experience and exposure to several industries.
Working in a lean team, the successful candidate must be prepared to pull up their sleeves to support transactional P&C matters through to contributing strategically.
The role will suit an agile and results oriented HR professional who is able to handle ambiguity and who thrives in a collaborative, customer centric environment.
Daily responsibilities include: Management of the generalist P&C team (including being an escalation point), delegating and supervising service delivery and coordinating activities within the team to achieve optimal stakeholder satisfaction.Oversee and support the talent acquisition processes to ensure creative talent strategies and high level excellence.Provide coaching, guidance and solutions orientated advice to team and people leaders and apply your proven capability in end-to-end case management to resolve complex people related matters.Providing advice and ensuring compliance of all P&C policies and processes, including OH&S, and applicable legislation.Successful execution of P&C programs, initiatives and projects.The capabilities you have: A proven track record in a similar HRM/HRBP role, ideally within the retail or wholesale industry.Strong in-depth knowledge of the Fair Work Act and other employment legislation – ability to read, interpret and apply, including Award interpretation.High attention to detail.You are self-sufficient, highly organised and proactive with the ability to multitask and prioritise.Effective problem-solving, solutions focussed mindset with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.People oriented with the ability to build rapport and coach all levels within the business.Strong written and verbal communication.What we offer?
