You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, fostering employee development, and ensuring a seamless experience for all team members.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goalsOversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talentPromote employee engagement through programs, events, and initiativesProvide guidance and support on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relationsDesign and implement training and development programs to enhance team skillsAdvocate for a diverse, inclusive, and positive workplace cultureWhat We're Looking For: Proven experience in a similar HR or People & Culture role (property industry experience would be advantageous) OR experience as an Office Manager who has dealt with HR dutiesMUST hold a degree in HR or have a transferable skill setStrong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practicesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentA passion for supporting and empowering teams to succeedStrong management and communication skillsProactive with a strong sense of urgencyWhy Join Us?
