Committed to excellence and growth, they prioritise their people, understanding that they are their greatest asset. As they continue to expand, we want to identify a talented People & Culture Manager to join their team. Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the People & Culture Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the effective management of a talented workforce. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture while supporting the growth and development of employees. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Coordinate training and development programs to upskill our workforce and foster a culture of continuous learning. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.  Work closely with senior management and external partners.  Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field. Proven experience in a similar HR management role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Sound knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
