The Opportunity:
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on People & Culture Leader or a Senior HR Business Partner to join the leadership team of our client. Reporting directly to the Director, you will drive the development and implementation of people-centric strategies, enhancing the overall people experience, engagement, and culture across the organisation. In this critical role, you'll provide strategic insight that shapes business decisions and mentor a high-performing People & Culture team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the People & Culture function, aligning with organisational goals and collaborating with the Leadership Team to drive engagement and performance. Implement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, including communication, recognition, and development programs. Develop succession plans and align workforce capabilities with organisational needs. Oversee fair and compliant performance processes that support employee growth and reflect our client's values. Manage return-to-work and workers' compensation processes, ensuring support and compliance. Provide mentorship to the People & Culture team, promoting a collaborative and growth-focused environment. Ensure HR practices meet legal standards and best practices, with regular audits for improvement. About You:
You are a strategic, people-focused leader with a genuine passion for enhancing workplace culture and engagement. Your experience in leading People & Culture operations makes you a trusted advisor, and your collaborative approach inspires your team to achieve. You're organised, legally aware, and always aligned with organisational values.
