Full Time, Permanent Contract 80 hours per fortnight - Inclusive of an ADO Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and courageous P&C Office to join our P&C Team.
You'll play a pivotal role in providing generalist HR support across the organisation.
With a focus on collaboration and outcomes, you will champion a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving initiatives that benefit our employees.
In this role you will work with our P&C Team to develop and implement our people strategies.
Key responsibilities include: Ability to learn and understand Enterprise Agreements, Fair Work Act and other relevant legislation for managers and employees Develop the ability to draft, review and distribute a high volume of employee Contracts, Variations of Contracts and correspondence, ensuring attention to detail and compliance Contribute to the development and review of NHW Policies and Procedures – facilitate approval, distribution, education and review processes Assist staff with queries, and recommend action to be taken.
You will: Possess customer service and communication skills and be able to influence outcomes, build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders Have an ability to develop technical HR capability with hands on experience in end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
