Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation, review, and delivery of high-quality board papers and reports, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards. Collaborate with the People & Culture Leadership Team and Company Secretary to provide governance and administrative support for board and committee activities. Support key projects, including CPS 511 regulatory reporting and annual remuneration reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with statutory requirements. Reporting into the General Manager for Performance and Reward, this opportunity offers the chance to collaborate closely with the People & Culture Leadership Team and the Company Secretary, providing critical support for board submissions and strategic projects. What you will bring We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes and skills:

Expertise in Governance and Reporting: Demonstrated experience in preparing, reviewing, and editing board papers, particularly in the context of People & Culture or similar domains. Strong Writing and Editing Skills: Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and impactful reports suitable for board-level review. A background in technical writing, governance, or regulatory compliance will be highly regarded. Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with senior leaders, such as the People & Culture Leadership Team and Company Secretary, to deliver governance-related outputs. Support the preparing IFL's Annual Remuneration Reports: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements in collaboration with Finance and external auditors. Detail-Oriented Mindset: A focus on accuracy, compliance, and quality in all aspects of governance and reporting activities. Adaptability and Drive: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration and tight deadlines. Key Deliverables include: Deliver High-Quality P&C Board and Committee Reporting: Ensure the delivery of over 100 P&C-related papers, aligning with governance standards and meeting submission deadlines for the GPRC, IFL, and RSEL Boards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare accurate and insightful reports that inform board decisions. Lead the CPS 511 Regulatory Reporting Initiative: Drive the CPS 511 Reporting project to implement new regulatory changes by September 2025. Develop a compliance framework, coordinate stakeholder input, and establish a process for ongoing annual reporting. Support Annual Remuneration and Governance Reporting Cycles: Coordinate the preparation of seven key remuneration reports annually for IFL & Trustees, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and timely submission. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in the reporting process. Maintain Compliance in Remuneration Governance Policies: Ensure that P&R policies and frameworks comply with regulatory standards, including ongoing adherence to license conditions.
