In this multifaceted role, you will support various aspects of the People & Culture function, with a focus on managing international visa and sponsorship processes, supporting Senior Executive Service (SES) Action Plans, and delivering quality administrative support across Juniper.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful impact within our organization by ensuring smooth, effective support for our People & Culture initiatives.Key Responsibilities :Oversee international visa applications and sponsorships, working closely with candidates, the People & Culture team, and relevant government agencies.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and compliance requirements to effectively guide Juniper's sponsorship processes.Coordinate renewal, extension, and tracking of sponsored visas to ensure Juniper remains compliant with all visa-related regulations.Provide comprehensive administrative support for the People & Culture team, including document management, data entry, and maintaining employee records.Manage and organize P&C documents, policies, and compliance records to ensure easy access and compliance.Prepare and support reports, presentations, and communications for People & Culture projects as needed.Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.Support compliance initiatives to ensure all HR policies and procedures align with current legislation and internal standards.Key Requirements :Proven experience in a similar People & Culture, HR, or administrative role (experience in aged care, health, or non-profit sectors is a plus).Demonstrated understanding of visa and sponsorship processes and related compliance requirements.Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Juniper?Be part of a dedicated team that positively impacts the lives of older Australians.Competitive remuneration and benefits package.Salary packaging options up to $18,550 per annum tax-freeProfessional development opportunities to grow within the organization.A supportive work environment where you're encouraged to make a difference.How to Apply :Submit your resume and a cover letter addressing your suitability for the role through our careers portal today!Apply Now
