About the Role: Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, this role is essential in supporting the HR team with administrative tasks and data-driven insights.
You'll manage HR metrics like turnover rates and recruitment tracking, ensuring accuracy in reporting and providing actionable insights.
With a strong focus on data management, analysis, and reporting, you'll help ensure HR operations run efficiently.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to HR strategy and grow within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare employee contracts, manage onboarding paperwork, and ensure background and reference checks are complete.
Generate and present HR reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, focusing on critical metrics like turnover rates and recruitment performance.
Analyse demographic diversity data and provide actionable insights to the HR team.
Assist in administering HR activities related to employee wellbeing, engagement, and performance management.
About You: You have strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a passion for working with data.
Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) and the ability to communicate findings clearly is key.
With at least 2 years of experience in an HR Administrator or Coordinator role, you're highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities.
A 'can-do' attitude and eagerness to grow within the HR function will make you successful in this role.
