The Country Chef Bakery Co. is seeking a People & Culture Administrator to join our team at our Bells Creek facility on the Sunshine Coast.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is studying Human Resources or Business. Country Chef's recipe for success has transformed us from a small family run start-up in the 1950's, to one of Australia's leading bakery businesses with partnerships that include Australia's major retailers.

About This Opportunity The People and Culture Administrator plays a key role in the delivery of all parts of the employee experience.
This is a true generalist role where no two days will look the same.

The role will support the day-to-day administration and coordination in relation to a broad range of P&C initiatives and activities, including recruitment and selection, onboarding and induction support, learning and development coordination, rostering support, reward and recognition, and HR systems & reporting.
Key responsibilities will include:
Support end to end recruitment activityCoordination of our learning and development processProvide HR insights and data to drive performance and cultureSupport employee communication and engagement initiativesSupport the delivery of reward and recognition programs and eventsSupport continuous improvement of HR practicesThis is a varied role with exposure to all levels and functions of the business.
To be successful in your role, you will need to develop and maintain positive relationships across the business and take a proactive and organised approach to everything that comes your way.
