This role will work on the ground with our Australian team to provide front-line HR administration and Australian payroll support to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of employee services.This role is predominantly operational but will be involved in the implementation of various HR initiatives, with plenty of opportunity for professional development and further growth.We are on the lookout for someone who is proactive, communicative and works well with some ambiguity to balance priorities amongst an international team.Duties & Responsibilities:At Biarri Networks, we take immense pride in our company culture, and the right person for this position must have a matching passion for fostering and continuing to grow that culture.Some of the established responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Administrative support based on aspects across the employee life cycle;Maintain accurate People data, records and systems;Manage local recruitment and talent acquisition processes as required for operational roles in the organization - job postings, conduct phone screenings, set up interviews, etc.
;Work closely with the Finance team to assist Australian payroll processing and general queries;Creation and management of HR related documents, such as employment contracts, promotion letters, etc;Assisting with various internal arrangements such as office management, miscellaneous travel and event planning;Connect on a regular basis with local employees to deliver first level admin HR support for Managers and Employees;Maintains knowledge of local legal requirements, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Works to provide HR policy guidance, interpretation and partner with the broader People & Culture and Legal teams as needed/required;Supporting with training and development activities;Work closely with employees and stakeholders to foster effective work relationships, build morale, develop team & company culture, and increase productivity;Assist with larger HR projects as required;Performs other related duties as assigned.To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships in a highly productive team environment by gaining trust and rapport with a wide range of people across the business.Required Skills, Abilities & ExperienceAll of the requirements below are assets, NOT requirements - we cannot stress this enough.

We are looking for someone who's ready to make this role their own.2 – 4 years' experience in an Office Management, HR Generalist, Administrative Assistant, or similar professional position;Entry-level familiarity with Australian payroll compliance and processing;Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in English;Strong organizational, time management and attention to detail skills;Proactive, takes ownership and brings a solution-orientated mindset to work;Interest to work in an international environment;Analytical and problem-solving skills;Strong sense of self-awareness, interpersonal and empathy skills to maximize your customer and team interactions;Comfortability working autonomously and as part of a team;Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies;Ability to multi-task and adapt to the needs of the business;Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (HRIS, Applicant Tracking systems, performance management systems, etc.
